General Announcements

  • Bring loonies and toonies for the ILT bake sale at lunch.
  • Spirit week next week - keep an eye out for the posters! Monday will be Winter Wonder, wear white and blue. Tuesday will be festive sweaters and Wednesdays will be festive PJs!
  • Last call for donations to 6Ts Fight Against The Cold Campaign! Last day to donate - please bring by the office, gently used or new winter clothing or non perishable food items.
  • For the remaining days of December, leadership students are encouraging classes to Deck their Halls with festive elements or symbols of their culture’s winter celebrations.
  • Yearbooks are now on sale on SchoolCash - make sure to purchase yours today for $35!  
  • Chess club with Ms. Nadeau today in the modular room 309.

Fundraising Announcements

  • Margaret’s House serves 3,400+ takeaway meals each month and food security needs only increase during the holiday season. To do something special for those less fortunate, please have a look at their Christmas Wish List posted around  the school, on our website and Twitter. We are accepting donations in the office from December 4 to 20th. Thank you!
  • ILT in 902 is having a toy drive for day cares in need.  There will be a bin in front of the boys bathroom, next to the lost and found in the main building. and at the front door inside the modular building.  Bring lightly used, not broken, toys that you no longer use (no nerf guns).  The toy drive will go from December 6th - December 21st.
  • ILT group of Chevaughn, Ella, Brooklyn, Miley and Ryder are collecting clothes for the HomeBridge Youth Society. We are taking t-shirts, shorts, pants, hoodies, sweaters, shoes and socks. All our donations will be going to the HomeBridge as they help children who are in need. We will be collecting clothes until December 18. Please bring your donations to the office. Any old clothes that you have no use for anymore will be appreciated. Thank you.
